Delete Your Account

You can delete your Statement Analyzer account and everything stored in it at any time. You do not need to install the app to make the request.
Deletion is permanent
Once your account is deleted, your cards, statements and transactions are gone and cannot be recovered by us or by you. There is no undo, and no grace period during which you can change your mind.
Option 1 — delete it yourself in the app
This does not need us.
- Open Statement Analyzer and sign in.
- Go to Settings.
- Scroll to Delete Account.
- Confirm when prompted. If your account uses a password, you will be asked for it first, to make sure it is really you.
Option 2 — ask us to delete it
If you no longer have the app, cannot sign in, or would simply rather we did it, email us:
statement.analyzer@dhondooo.com
- Send it from the email address the account uses, so we can confirm the request is yours.
- Put “Account deletion request” in the subject.
- We will confirm by reply once it is done.
If we cannot confirm the request came from the account holder, we will ask you before deleting anything.
What gets deleted
Everything held under your account:
- your sign-in account, including your email address and display name
- every card you added, with its name, credit limit and dates
- every statement, with all of its figures
- every transaction, with its description, amount and category
What is retained
- We do not keep a separate copy of your statements to hold on to after deletion.
- Uploaded PDFs. There is nothing to delete — we never store them. See the Privacy Policy for what happens to a PDF you upload.
- Correspondence. If you emailed us, that email thread stays in our mailbox as an ordinary record that the request was made and handled.
