By using Statement Analyzer (“the app”), published by Dhondooo, you agree to these terms.
What the app does
Statement Analyzer is a personal record-keeping tool. You add your credit card statements — by typing them in, or by uploading the PDF your bank sent you — and the app organises them into totals, categories and charts so you can see your own spending over time.
It is not a banking app. It does not connect to your bank, does not ask for your banking login, PIN or OTP, and cannot move, send or receive money. It does not lend, and it does not offer any financial product.
Not financial advice
Everything the app shows — totals, categories, utilisation, trends and any summary text — is a description of figures you supplied. It is not financial, tax, credit or investment advice, and it is not a recommendation to do anything. Decisions about your money are yours.
Your statement is the authority, not the app
Always check figures against your real statement
When you upload a PDF, the app reads it automatically. Automatic reading can misread a number, miss a transaction, or fail on a layout it does not recognise — particularly for a bank or statement format it was not built around.
Review the figures before you save them, and treat your bank’s own statement and your bank’s own records as authoritative. Never rely on this app to decide what you owe or when to pay.
We are not responsible for a payment missed, a fee incurred, or any other loss arising from a figure in the app being wrong, incomplete or out of date.
Your account
You need an account to use the app. You are responsible for keeping access to it secure, and for the accuracy of what you put into it. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has gained access.
You may delete your account at any time, in the app under Settings → Delete Account or by following these instructions. Deletion is permanent.
Your data belongs to you
The statements, figures and notes you put into the app are yours. We do not sell them, and we do not use them to advertise to you. How they are handled is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Everything else in the app — its design, code and arrangement — belongs to Dhondooo.
Acceptable use
Please do not:
- upload statements belonging to someone else without their permission
- interfere with the app or our providers, or try to gain unauthorised access to another user’s data
- use the app for anything unlawful
Not affiliated with any bank
The app is independent. It is not provided by, endorsed by, or affiliated with any bank or card issuer. Bank and product names are used only to identify whose statement a figure came from, and belong to their owners.
Availability
The app is provided as is. We do not promise it will always be available, that automatic statement reading will work for your bank, or that it will be free of errors. We may change or discontinue features at any time.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Dhondooo is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app, including any loss arising from a misread or missing figure.
Nothing here limits rights you have under Pakistani consumer law that cannot be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the revised terms.
